Depends on the Management

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2000
 
I lived here for 4 years and enjoyed my apartment. It was quiet, clean and well tended. But, that depended on the management. Each time we got used to the new management team, another team was under way. Although, I must admit, I would consider returning....if I had to.
