In over two years they have never been secure!
Walk in gate has never worked!
They only gate the parking lot ?? and that is a hazard!
You have to have a remote to open the gate even just to get out!
I would hate to see an emergency evacuation!
Parking is a major problem!!! Almost no available street parking and Diana Ave is absolutly terrible for safety!
I have seen broken windows (car burglary) and Crashes! (hit and run)
The super strict management??. Never has a friendly face!
They are very old, with Formica Counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, Older then Me!
Painted Over and over and over again! (they call it resurfacing!)

Wow everything that you wrote is so true everything is p[ainted over and over again everywhere when you open any door you can see the paint getting chip from time to time es very horribLE IS SO UNSAFE TO LIVED THERE
