This was my first time living out on my own, and it has been THE WORST experience ever. First of all let me start by saying the bar, thats in between the kitchen and the living room is pretty much barely hanging on and very unsafe, if you lean on it it wobbles and we told them the DAY we moved in, and its been 6 months NOTHING has been done, NEXT there is the air conditioner situation, Ya it Blows air, NOT COLD air. We called to complain TIME AFTER time and about after a MONTH they finally came down and this guy who HARDLY spoke any english about 5 mins after being there said it WORKS, and basically left. If it works, then OBVIOUSLY that explains why our apartment feels like a suana and everytime we try to call them to get it fixed they still have yet to fix it. Then there is the times when im blow drying my hair and all the lights go out in the entire apartment, and you cant even open the damn fuze box cause it has been painted over, EVERYTHING has been painted over, even where your supposed to go in to replace the filter for the air conditioner, my boyfriend had to use a razor blade to pill off the layers of paint and what we found in there was discusting the air filter probally has NOT been changed for ten years, the layer of dust was so think we had to change our vacumm bag, Also the carpet has places were it sinks in. Hmm.. what else. The sliding glass door hardly shuts, The dish washer DOES NOT WORK at all and the management claims they fixed it' Ya RIGHT. Thats not even the bad part, We have had our cars towed time after time. The first time was my fault, But i learned. Then we Bought a new car AFTER hours so we parked in our spot and first thing in the morning planed on telling the office to get a parking pass, we go out to the truck to show it off, ITS GONE, they towed it, RIGHT out of our spot, and the management told us basically it was our fault by not contacting them, but when i called the management number the guy didnt even ------- speak english... and we had to pay 317 to get the truck back. Then 3 days later we notice the truck is gone aGAIN! and we have a parking pass so we call and ask why it was towed and they claimed we dont have a pass, so i explained to them YES we do and I want proof,. So they said come down and we can show you so we go down and there the parking pass was IN CLEAR sight it fell onto the seat as we were getting out i guess and they said since it was not "displayed" properly that we have to still pay for it to get out once again IN A WEEK we had to pay 317 and when we contacted managment AGAIn they said sorry nothing we can do. and the next occation a week later, we gave our 30 day notice cause HONESTLY ---- this place, and we are packing our stuff into the truck to move and its parked up against the wall so we dont have to walk a million miles to load our heavy stuff in with the flashers on, and we go out and its TOWED AGAIN! they are money hungry -------, and to be honest this is the most discusting place to live!

This is so true i know how you feel it happen to me also you contact management they act like they dont care,"well MR AND MRS there is nothing we can do about it is your faul" very rude also, bad experience i dont recommen these aparments to no one the walls are so poorly done i finish up my lease and i left out of that building very bazd experience
