Parking is a big problem here at Mission Grove Gardens. I lived there and at one time, we had three cars in our apartment and with only one space reserved and a few open spaces, we found that parking was unpleasant. The office staff is quite nice, but the grounds of the apartment was quite dark and not safe. There was a small incident in January of 2003, which made us fear for our lives. It was a media circus with all the reporters covering the "woman's torso found in Orange County." That was horrific. The apartment is a great value, but no washer/dryer hookup is available. Avoid using the laundry room because other residents like removing clothes when you're not present to put their own clothes to wash and dry. beware. overall, 5.5 out a scale of 10.
