At first, it seemed like a beautiful, luxurious place to live .. considering how new the complex was, but after living there for a year, it turned out to be a nightmare. First of all, something was always broken at mission grove park apartments. I understand that it was a new complex, but the management hardly seemed to make an effort to get things done quickly. We lived at the end of the complex, away from the front of this long row or apartments (which was also broken 85% of the time). The purpose of a gate is to protect the residents inside the gate from anything that is outside of this gate...this gate did a very poor job of this, because one of the resident's vehicle had been stolen as a result of the gate always being broken!Not only this, the gate openers were always broken and it was the biggest pain to have to drive to the front of the complex,talk to the office,and go back through the maze of a complex to the end where my apartment was located. The office was also very discouraging in many ways, hopefully their staff has changed because they are the least experienced in their occupation and as soon as we signed the lease, they lost all their customer service skills/friendliness. In the beginning, they told us specifically that there were only a few of the multple bedrooms left so that iwth our naivity, we would hurry up and sign the lease... after we moved in, we learned that there were many of these multiple bedroom apartments left. We were lied to from the beginning... false promises. Just an ex-resident and roomates who are very unsatisfied with their stay at this "luxury" complex. Don't make the same mistake, for your sake.
