I have to agree with everyone else, the only thing good about these apartments is that they look nice on the outside. However you will get ants, the gate is always broken, and no one in the office knows anything. If you do decide to move in write down every little thing you can on the walk thru sheet because they will try to keep all of your deposit. And I hope you know a handyman because no one from the office is going to even be there to answer the phone if you have a problem (they like to close early everyday or just not be in the office). There are plenty of apartments in Riverside, move somewhere else or you may regret it.
