I agree with all the negative comments about the ants and the staff. The management and staff are eager to get customers in an apartment but not eager to take care of them after that. The staff regularly leaves before the 6pm closing time. If you have a problem and the staff in the office can't help you, you can't talk to the owner. I tried that once when management locked the whole complex out of the mailroom for three days because it had been vadalized. I asked the staff for the number of Alemar Management Corporation, the corporation that owns the apartments. They told me that Alemar Management Corporation is one person, and that that person does not want to hear my complaints. So, basically if management doesn't take care of you there is no one you can go to. They know this and pretty much treat their tenants however they decide or whatever their mood is that day.
