I lived here after arriving in Riverside from the other side of the planet. Staff were always helpful and friendly and in 6 months I never saw an ant! I had no trouble getting little things fixed. Rent was about the same as my current mortgage payment and my house has gone up in value by almost $100000 in the last 9 months! Neighbours were generally quiet, but parking was a problem for visitors. It's a big complex, so maybe you can be lucky - or not with where your apartment is in it. Staff must get tired of whining tennants - try being nice sometimes. It worked for me. But buy a house!!! If I can do it with NO credit, so can you.
