New Management Nightmare

My rating for this complex used to be quite high, but I have changed my mind. I went on vacation, came home, and there was water all over the floor from my closet to my bed. It ruined several of my text books and the ink from their covers ran onto the floor...not to mention my clothes. It took them 2 weeks to even fix the leak. Plus, there was mildew in my closet. Then, the carpet guy came and blamed the green and orange ink stains as well as the mildew smell on my cats. Anyone who is at all aquainted with animals should know that if an animal's excrement is bright orange or green that that there is something seriously wrong with that animal.
Now a new manager has taken over and it's getting worse. They keep randomly making changes and neglecting to inform the residents. So, not only would I not recommend this complex, but I wouldn't recommend bre properties in general. You can seriously pay a lot less money to be treated like crap.
...and one more thing...when I moved in, my dryer was broken which also took them about a month to fix. Considering the fact that half of the reason I moved in here was for the washer and dryer, that's pretty sad. Also, my microwave only works once in a while and my garbage disposal has broken. There are lots of new complexes being built in Riverside...shop around. ...and if for some reason you still want to live her, check out all the appliances when you inspect the place.
