The physical aspects of the floorplans and architecture may be nice...but the management, or I should say mismanagement, is absolutely terrible. The on-site complex manager is a misinformed very uncooperative person. I found the name of the person who is "Alemar Property Management" as well as finding Mission Grove Park Apartments LP online so I could get the name of the person who is the agent for service of process. Maintenance issues were poorly taken care of, you can only use the resident computer room (something they advertise and a tenants pays for) if you have AOL. My roommate and I will have to sue for our security deposit return...watch this complex. Do NOT rent here. Not recommended. Security gate at east side of complex was always open most of the time we lived there...some security!

I didn't even know there was a computer room. Plus...we have to use SBC internet because they don't have cable (TV or Internet)...and SBC is the worst company in the world.
