I lived at Mission Grove Apartments for 2 years...Always paid my rent on time kept to myself...Complained when needed...The pet population is terrible at this Apartment complex all kinds of stray cats running all over...Kittens being born in the bushes....I befriended a litter of kittens from a couple of boys which i knew these kittens were in a bit of trouble...They lived with me till i found homes for them...They were quickly potty trained and Yes they did have a couple accidents in one spot only...weird how they just picked that one spot maybe because the prior tenant had a animal.....Now I have since moved out and Mission Grove has stated that the entire Apartment needed to be replaced due to Urine stains...A bunch of BS.......They are trying to make me pay $1200.00....All they had to do was replace the piece of carpet in the corner...not the entire apartment...I am really upset and just wanted to let you know that Mission Grove does allow you you to have pets but just wait till you move out ..a couple accidents leads into a $1200.00 carpet bill....Don't get me wrong I would be more than Happy to pay my share but not the cost of replacing the entire Apartment...My next step the Press enterprise...Need to get my story out there to Apartments that allow you to have animals then stick you for a vary large bill at the end....

Mission Grove also tried to say that they needed to replace the carpets when I moved out. I took them to Small Claims Court and got most of my money back. Ask them for pictures, because they had picture of my apartment and the damages they were claiming. The judge looked at the pictures and said that it was ordinary wear and tear. I would not pay them because this seems to be their way of updating their apartments.
