This has been a great experience living here. I have been here for over three (3) years now and don't have any immediate plans to move.
The complex itself is very quiet and safe. The only problem is the complext neighboring us at Cedar Streams Apartments. They have several different noise nuisances.
Only one side of Monroe Manor is affected by this though.

I just moved here to monroe manor and Im happy here but what I want to know about this place is the history of it. Cant seem to find anything on this place Im living at yet. We have new managers here and they seem to be nice most of the time. I havent had any problems with my kids and them being well behaved in here so far. I just hope that this place becomes or stays a family complex.
