The managers strong arm you once you get comfortable here. When you try to use them as a reference if you want to move out, they lie to propective landlords. They will lie to save their skin. They will tag you with a late fee the minute you are late, threaten to evict you, and then keep your deposit. If they need to fix something, they will accuse you of breaking it an try to get YOU to pay for repairs. There is alot of noise, 1 apt has 8 people in a 2 bedroom apt. They are the worst!! They cuss/swear at tenants. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. They have termites and the owners are trying to sell!!

These managers in here think that they are the owners and they will treat you nice at first but then they will turn thier backs on you, threaten to give three day notices and Im sure that the person above is telling the complete truth. So Good for you for coming onto this site and telling your story of what its like to live here because personally I want these managers out of here. I hope that they go real soon. If enough people were to come onto this site and truly give there names that would probably happen to them here.

That's why we have to stay anonymous. We would get evicted for speaking our minds. If it weren't for the fact that evictions end up on your credit report, I would let them do me the favor and evict me. I hope to be out as soon as my lease expires.
