I have no problems with Barbie and Carl. They are great people you just got follow the rules around here, and it doesnt matter if you pay your rent you must follow the rules in here, or you gonna get kicked out. Plain and simple, these are really nice apartments and you will like living here if you just follow the rules. Alot of the kids in here never listen to what there told and all Barbie is doing is taking place of there parents who should be keeping an eye on there kids.
Now about how clean these apartments are, they are very clean when you move in here she does a great job and Carl fixes anything that is broken. They are both very good people you just have to know them. And it seems that you all havent been following the rules in here and some of you I guess havent paid your rent in here either and if you dont pay your rent its not going to work out too well for you all.

Notices that are private, are taped to your apartment door far all to read. They don't want to face you. They claim to know the laws. The notices are unprofessional, misspelled and downright rude. I have every notice ever given. That will be to my advantage if they decide to give me a hard time when I move. They say they prescreen applicants by asking for a 50.00 credit check fee. We paid, and when I checked my credit report it wasn't there. She kept the money. I will get that back too.

I did tell barbie about the mushrooms as soon as I found them... it took carl 2 WEEKS just to come in just to bang a hole in the bathroom and celing, thats when they found out about the mold, mold so BAD the wood NEEDS to be replaced, and it took another 3 weeks just for carl to come in spray bleach, and patched the holes up. the owners know about the mold and dont give a damn.. and with a title " Most of these people are lying,,,,,," so how am I suposed to think??? hhmmm????

I never said your a lier, I said your wrong about my name! And as for the mold you should have taken picutres and complained about them when you first got the mold and the mushrooms.
