It took 3 months to repair a front window

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I lived in Northpointe apts for 1 year & 1 month on the second floor. In Dec. 1999, I went to open my front window and it cracked in a section. I reported it to management and they said they'd get it fixed. It wasn't until March 2000 that I got a new window put in.
