OMG!!! Where do I start. I currently live in Northpointe, and thank GOD! I will be moving July 1st. This is the worst place ever. The roaches should be paying half of the rent, because they live there. There is no central air, so don't be fooled by the lies that are on their advertisement, and then when you purcahse your own AC, the idiot managers say you can't place it in the window. I lived in a 4 bdr, so I didn't have anyone above or below me, but that doesn't stop the drama. The kids play baseball; with real baseballs mind you, and they come crashing into windows, and doors. Also, the parking is a trip. People will park in your space, as if they live there. In addition, the kids stand on top of the cars in the parking lot, play in the trash bins, and the parents allow their 3 year old kids to run around naked outside. "not to mention taking their poopy diapers off outside, leaving them on the walkway." "DIS-gusting" LOL. If you know better, and want peace, and don't wanna melt in the summer, don't live here. The managers are clueless. My house was always clean, but the neighbor, I swear had a roach farm in her living room. When I reported it, nothing was done, other than having some cheap ass wanna be exterminator come out, and leave some bait that I swear attracted the roaches more. I finally had it, and skipped to the office with a 30 day notice. It's cheap, money and property wise. There are much better apartments for this price. Keep looking, do your research. If not, you will soon find out the truth. Also, people will enter your apartment without permission. One day I was in the shower, and I heard the front door open. Thinking it was my husband, I yelled out to him, and then all of a sudden the door closed again. Oh yeah, and they do have washer and dryer hookups, but there is no vent for the dryer, so your house will be 1000 degress hot, and your allergies will be killing you, if you use your dryer. These people are SICK LIARS. Beware and be careful....
