Be aware that this complex is surrounded by others that are much nicer and far less expensive.
They don't pay any utilities. We live on the bottom floor and can hear the people upstairs walk or play their music. Since we live next to the parking lot, we are punished with idiots playing their music loudly as they pass or, I have no idea why, simply sit parked tooling around with their speakers. Complaints to the office about noise are beyond useless. They also let in FAR too many people for one apartment. At one point, five people lived above us in a 2-bedroom.
Adding to the complex's idiocy, they are raising our rent $30! Meanwhile, the gates are often in disrepair and the pool is tiny.
