On the outside this apartment complex appears very average and normal. Inside there are hookups for a stackable washer and dryer, except the way the electricity is, you cannot wash and dry because you blow a fuse. There are constantly leaves on the ground, very poor landscaping. In the children's play area, there was metal pipes protruding from the ground, a major hazard. There are fire ants all over the complex and they frequently invade your apartment, including other ants, waterbugs, and various insects. I feel like I am living outside most of the time because of the amount of bugs. Never once have I gone to the apartment office within business hours and have seen it open. I have always had to wait or come back another time. No utlities are paid. The office staff is nosey and will ticket you for having a bag of trash outside your apartment while cleaning because it breaks the lease agreement but will not do anything about the disabled vehicles, RVs, or Semis in the complex which also break the lease agreement. The staff always leaves the apartment office early and comes in late. If you leave a message with a concern or problem they do not call you back. The gates are frequently broken and take days or weeks to be fixed. Plus the rent was raised a huge amount and they were paying trash and are not any more. The rent was raised much higher than any other apartment building in the city.
