We moved in less than a year ago. When moving in, we had been told that there would be a washer/dryer in the unit. Doing our inspection, we found there to be no washer/dryer. When we asked management about it, the response was "did you get that in writing'" knowing that they had told us verbally right to our faces. Ants and bugs have been a huge problem since the day we moved in, and no amount of pest control visits seem to help. We have called the cops 18 (yes, 18 times) on the neighbors upstairs, who seem to think that yelling from the second floor to your friends playing loud music in the parking lot is perfectly respectful at 3 in the morning...among other things. In the summer months the pool is full of people who don't live here. People treat the parking lots and common grounds as garbage dumps. Terribly unimpressed. As soon as our lease is up, we are out of here, even though it would be more convienent and cheaper to stay.
