This place is horrible! When I first moved in the apartment was not ready, no tile, no carpet, and no toilets. So they moved me to an outside unit and failed to tell me that it was a pet area. I live upstairs and the surrounding three units have dogs which crap and bark at all hours of the day. Several times I have call for maintenance and they turn around and say they were never called. I asked for the a/c filters to be replaced but they just painted over the vent. The parking spot assigned is not close to the unit. It is hard to find parking they let people park big rigs and homes on wheels but the fake security bothers tenants who pay rent on time. The pool always has kids that are not supervised by adults. The playground is always full of screaming kids. I can hear the man snoring the walls are thin super thin.... The oven sucks it only has one temp it burns the food. The water is always turned off and we pay for the water they do this with out any notice. The side gate is lock and you can not enter it from monroe st all because they didnt want to fix it. I hate this place and cannot wait to move in July. I was suckered into staying last time because they did not give me a notice on how much the rent would increase until it was too late to give a 30 day notice. The main bathroom does not even have a shower which makes no sense. The office staff is always changing along with the fact that they are clueless. Ants are everywhere. The pool needs work. Please do not live here it is horrible as I have kept this short.
