I HAVE LIVED IN PEPPPERTREE NOW FOR 15 MOS. IT IS BAD...IF I COULD JUST MVE I WOULD. MY CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO 7 TIMES AND THE TIRE SLASHED 2 TIME 3 AT A TIME MAKING IT IMPOSSIABLE TO MOVE TO GET FIX.. CALL THE MANAGER AND THEY SAY NOT OUR PROLBEM...WELL IT NEEDS TO BE...THE DRYERS IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM ARE A JOKE...SOME ONE BREAKS INTO THEM AND STEALS THE MONEY OUT AND THEY STAY BROKE FOR WEEKS AT A TIME...THEY FIX THEM AND IT HAPPENS AGAIN DAYS LATER...PEOPLE HERE DONT CARE TETENTS ARE NASTY AND DONT CARE ABOUT WHERE THEY LIVE IT IS TRASHY AND PARKING IS A JOKE TOO.....PLEASE LOOK HARD BEFORE MOVING HERE......

This description is extreme. There is 24 hours security now. Dryers have been changed to not accept money at all - they are free. The washing is a bit more to compensate. As far as parking goes, it is difficult to find open parking in the evening, but thats what your assigned space is for.
