Crime' Vandalism' Poor management' Yes all youve read is TRUE. Ive lived her for a year now, and if I could afford to move I would, and I WILL. MY Car was broken into and on another ocassion the tires were slashed ! Problems w/ non-working airconditioner, non working heater, defective door locks, Leaking/running toilet (I only have one), Bad stove gas line etc. etc. And It takes an act of Congress to get anything repaired ! ! !
