I lived in a studio apt, for one year. Management was nice, fixed everything quickly, except my counter. When I went to move in the place was not ready because they had me down as the wrong move in date even though all my paperwork was correct. There were a lot of car break-ins, which worried me. But I had a brand new car and never had issues. It was loud at night, security people walked the premises but did nothing when people would be screaming or fighting in the parking lot for more then an hour. Lot of kids smoked pot and hung out under the car ports doing who knows what. I also got clothes stolen out of laundry area. But overall for a female student living alone, it was not too bad.
