I shared an apartment here with my cousin and we didn't have the greates experience. The office staff was okay, many of the girls working there did not know much about anything. Everytime we had a question the girls would always have to ask someone else and then call back. I did have one bad experience with them. I work from home so I don't move my car very often and when I did I had a scratch in my passenger side that went from the front door to the rear trunk. Peppertree claims that they have secerity and survaillence when you move in, but when this happened they did nothing about it because they only offer courtesy patrol not security. I had only lived there less than 3 mo and knew no one! The kids are extremely loud in the complex and most often parents do nothing! I wouldn't recommend it.
