I love my apartment. The kitchen is large and not closed in like other apartments and is also verry new as well as the sinks and the bathroom. I have a verry large downstairs patio where i keep cockatiels, plants, chairs, umbrellas...and than theres another side to the patio that connects and is equally as large where i keep rabbits roamin around munchin on hay i feed them. the patios are about 20 feet long and 10 foot wide minus a outside closet and storage that seperates the patios. I love watching my rabbits run around on the other side of our patio. i also have some turtles in a little pond back there with koi. These apartments let you keep all the birds you want if you love birds. i even raised some ducks in my patio with a wading pool...when they matured i released them into the wild with little chance of survival. they poop too much!! and its too cramped for mature ducks.. The managers who work here are all female and are all verry nice. people that live here are also verry friendly. theres also a fairly even ratio of ethnicities mostly white ------ and latinos hence the name "peppertree" heeheehee (pepper is black and white) not like some apartments where all latinos or whites dominate. This is also a good area if you like eating...thers a small river and trail behind these apartments which makes it a real "river-side" area. i personally find the back of the apartments to be verry quiet for this reason. i live in the front however, and i love the parking in the front theres always parking. dont worry about what people wrote before me about loud children because all of the kids around here are inside by sundown around 7 30. Move here if you like having a large downstairs patio. thers a platform of concrete in your patio and the rest is rocks and below the little rocks is dirt for planting your favorite vegetable garden or planting trees. you can even be like me and keep rabbits and turtles back there with some larger plants like mature tamatoe plants and trees the rabbits wont eat. I also viewed my apartment before i rented and the carpeting and everything was clean and new. you can tell by a just drving by the apartments that their nicer and more up to date. in fact we just had new painting done eliminating the old green and light tan into a chocolate brown and dark tan color. verry nice. you can tell the company that owns these apartments are have alot of money backed up into whatever problem there is ever needed. there are a number of friendly routine everyday even sunday maintenance. i see them cleaning up with brooms in the parking lot and dustpans as early as 7 am if needed. the maintenance dude here with long hair and sometimes shortly trimmed beard is very expertise recomend him. the manager laury here is very nice. The thermostat in here is built just like a house with vents in every room even the bathroom! every apartment ive had just has a AC built in the wall that plugs in that just pours out cold air until the coolant runs out, and those dont have a thermostat to keep your AC autimatic this means that the AC will stop when your set thermostat temperature is read. and they seem fairly new. The only complaint i have about the apartment is the screen door i have to get fixed constantly.. or maybe the screws just get loose and it comes apart becuase i have to go outside so much to feed my animals. anyway tho they come and fix it whenver i want. they have even given me unlimited new ones at no charge.

This person must work for the peppertree because this description is so exagerated it ain't even funny. And the maintanence man she's refering to, RAY??? What a joke. he can't repair a thing. That's why he's only picking up trash, HE'S USELESS!!! Even the other maintenance men will tell you he can't fix a thing. Whoever wrote this either works for the Peppertraps, as we call it, or needs to leave the crack alone!!! I don't know what property she lives in that she could raise all those animals in her patio. Between the mold problem and the stray cat and racoon problem those animals she's claiming to have raised would have been dead in weeks!! LIAR!!

OMG! This person is either high or insane. Do you LIVE here??? I would ask if you're sure that you wrote your review on the right apartment, but I know the maintenance guy you're talking about, so I know you're talking about Peppertree. I'll grant you that the new management is better than the old one, but you're so far out there with your review of this place that my only possible guess- if you aren't high or insane- is that you're experiencing Alzheimer's. 'in fact we just had new painting done eliminating the old green and light tan into a chocolate brown and dark tan color. verry nice.' Dress up crap however you want- its still crap. They put all this money into repainting, but what about fixing the keypad at the front gate (so that visitors can enter in your phone number instead of waiting for a car to let them in) or fixing all the sprinklers that get destroyed by their own maintenance crew's carts driving over them? Oh, but nevermind that- my apartment is painted pretty! And, seriously? 'River-side area'? Its the river bottom. I wouldn't even SWIM in that thing, much less find food for eating, if that's what you were getting at. I wasn't quite sure if your sentence was following your train of thought. But, gee, I'm SO glad to know that I live in a complex with someone so completely high or near the brink of being locked up in an insane asylum! I'll end this with a few pluses for possible future tenants though- ya can't leave on a bad note, right? If you like stray cats, dogs that are allowed to poop on your front lawn, loud tenants, "classy" individuals, cockroaches, and- apparently- neighbors that are high and/or insane, Peppertree is your new home! Of course, if you're like me, you'll be checking out a new place to live.
