Bad Management

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
The owner of the complex is extremely cheap which is why there is such a high turnover in the management. I lived there for just one year and have had to deal with 3 different managers. Some of the managers were even nice but they couldn't stand the owner. The air conditioning often breaks down and the security is weak. It takes forever to get anything fixed. I do not recomment this apartment to anyone.
