Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
 
Hated this place! 4 managers in less than 2 years. Security deposit was $200, but only received $30 refund even though place was clean and was left as it was when I moved in. Garbage disposal never worked, but could never be fixed. Noisy and rude neighbors. One car broken into, one car vandalised.
