ive lived here since september now..and its had its share of ups and downs..

first off...they always say that they close the gates at 7, but never do..and when me and my roomate asked the management about it, they said they cant lock it because there were 4 new tenents who didnt have the card yet. and i asked "what about the hundreds of us who do" and they just replied, well we will get to it. and still..gates are wide open. if it entrance is ever locked, the exit rite next to it is always wide open, so there honestly is no point to keeping it locked.

next, my boyfriend got his car broken into a couple of times. also, there are just many stray cats just wondering around all the time, and sometimes sitting outside of the
door just waiting to run into your apartment.

also, just recently, we have had a mouse living in our kitchen. i have an upstairs apartment, and it just disguishes me how it is just living and leaving its droppings all over my kitchen.

over all, it is a very convient location, but other than that, you should really speak to the tenents one on one and ask them. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
