Unfortunately this apartment complex has a terrible crime rate. My car was recently stolen (and has yet to be recovered)from my parking space and when I confronted management, they denied there was a problem with security.
I told them that I had spoke with multiple residents, that have had either burglary/vandalism or car break-ins and they denied it 100%. I am afraid to live here and the apartment complex will not let me break my lease. When the police came to take a report, they told me that they just took a report for a car theft an hour earlier in the same complex.
Ever since new management took over, there has been a problem with security. They really need to spend more on a better security company, and monitor them to make sure they are doing their job because the company they are using now is terrible.
