DO NOT MOVE HERE - PT. II

Yes, I have read the "new's" and there is crime everywhere. Anyone with common sense knows that they need to depend on themselves and not others for their personal safety. The difference is the complex promotes itself as one that is safe. And when management ignores or disregards complaints regarding the safety of the property and charges such high rent charges, it is not a property worth moving to.
The new management is promoting the complex as low in cost compared to other properties offering similar amenities. Just know that you get what you pay for. This is not a luxury property worth over $1000 rental (month-to-month cost).
As another post noted, the improvements are only for newer tenants and older ones received only 3 weeks notice to decide whether or not to commit to a new lease with the rents raised $125 a month.
These are the facts; just want people to know so they can make an informed decision.
