Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
Ive lived here for 5 years and a couple years back my apartment was broken into around 1pm, njoone heard or seen anything. luckily i have a big dog and that scared them away. Ofcourse, after the fact other neighbors told me about the theft problems, adn i was upset that i was not informed since it was just me and my 6 year old daughter. Since then we havent had any problems. Its normally quiet, people are great, clean and nice property. Maint. is good, i just wish managment would give the old residence the same upgrades as the new ones coming in, since the rent keeps getting higher.............overall, i feel comfortable...
