We moved here in 2003 to a two bedroom. We have had lots of problems. Loud nieghbors, solicitors showing up at 10pm, no parking because of the garags going up, and many, many days with out water, unannouced.

We have been lied to by management when we call to find out things, like why the water was off again. We were told that they didnt know of any buildings being without water. Come to find out it was because the renovation being done on an apartment in the building and they did know.

Recently, the apartment apove us was renovated. The maintenance people used paint thinner and closed up all the windows with plastic so all the fumes went into our apartment. They did not inform us and we ended up having to find a place to stay the night because my 18 month old could not breath.

Also our upstairs neighbors wanted to renew their lease and were told they could, but not in that apartment, because the management wanted to renovate it. They were not offered a deal or discounted price for having to move, on a different apartment and could not afford the 2 bedroom at the new rate. So they had to move into a 1 bedroom and had lots of additional costs because of the move as well as needing storage for the furniture that would not fit in the new apartment. I asked the leasing office if everyone will have to move because of renovations and was told that at some time everyone will. Which makes me nervous to find out if we will have to next time our lease is up. If that happens we will probably move elsewhere.

Also the "new" gate fixtures have been broken most of the time since installation. There is always trash, beer cans and broken glass all over the play park. I have had to call the leasing office several times to have someone come clean it so my son could play safely. Always being told that they had just cleaned. They do send someone to clean most of the time. Other times I have had to turn around and go home, with a screaming toddler.

I have also noticed teeagers sitting in the back walkways doing drugs. It makes me uneasy and I hate my child even seeing it. I never see secruity unless I call to complain about a neighber being really noisy at night.
