They state friendly, courteous and helpful staff. They lie. The customer service is the worst, not only to the leasing agents argue with the tenants they make false statements about the property and what it has to offer. It claims newly renovated, yet the tiolet is always backing up, weathering stripping is missing from the front door, fireplace air vent doesn't work correctly, electrical outlets continuously blow fuses, and the cable ready was not so cable ready in my apartment. Infact I had no cable wiring to connect to in the living room at all. The balcony has nails coming out and the dining room fan did not work properly. I have had to complain about the pool missing cement at the floor, spa being to cold and lights not working around the pool area and the property. I could go on and on, but I won't. Just think twice before renting here. It's more headache then it is worth.
