I would not recommend this complex

Parking is one of the major problems. You are assigned one covered parking spot per apartment and if you have a second vehicle this will be a problem. There used to be several additional parking spaces, however the Management decided to build garages on about 80% of those spaces. This made the parking problem three times as bad. On several occasions I have had to park my car on the opposite side of the complex and carry my one-year old across the complex. The garages of course are not free, last I heard they were $75 a month.
The Management Team will do anything to make and extra buck. The garage issue is one. They charge $50 if you lose a $5 gate fob. They raise your rent if you don't re-new your lease for at least 6 months, and they are rude most of the time (except when you are there looking to move in). The leasing office and the models are nice, but don't be fooled, most of the apartments still have the early 80's look and appliances.
I have been living here for 1 year and have seen two major incidents involving the Police.
