Pinnacle riverwalk was the worse place that I have ever lived in. We had non stop trouble, we had mold on our kitchen from the apartments above us toilet overflowing which they called "discoloration", we had our wall in our laundry area cave in due to another leak and the last straw was the termites that took them over 3 weeks to come out and service, and even with that I advised them I had medical problems and to advise of chemicals used before treating, and of corse they did not do. I put I piece of tape to cover the hole where the termites were falling out and they simply painted over it. The parking was a nightmare, also watch out for your move out billing statement we had a cleaning bill for over $120.00 and a $50.00 charge for litter in our yard, which thankfully I had been advised and took photos of before we gave back our keys. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Holy cow! are you sure you aren't me?? I had the same exact leak, mold, maintanenece, parking problems when I lived there! I moved up the street to the Esplanade at Riverwalk and that was wonderful! I'll never rent from a BRE property again!
