I have lived here for almost a year and it's awful!! The complex is a nightmare when it comes to trash. The water is always off due to pipes always breaking. It's always loud music and cars all hours. And the worst part......I had a peeping tom in my bedroom window on several occasions and they did nothing. They told no one in the complex. i called the cops and filed several reports and my neighbors chased him thru the complex.
