When I first came to look at the apartments I thought nicest I've seen so far. The people were friendly and they promised so many things. Like movie wednesdays in the theater room, and cell phone compatible gates. Then I signed the lease, in two years they have had one movie night and I still waste $30 a month for a land line so my friends and family can get in the gate which is always open by the way. I dont know why they even have a gate if its always going to be open.The water has been shut off 8 times this year without notice and 2 times with notice. Then they turn off their phone so you cant call and see what going on, you have to drop everything and walk down to the office, and its a very long complex so depending on where you live be prepared for hike.The people are now very short with me and have an attitude like they hate their job and are taking it out on me.Safety...one day I went out to my can and there are a ton of cops out with their guns. There is a warning on my door that says there is a rapist in the area praying on women who dont lock their door.Parking sucks. My spot is up against the side walk so if someone is parked up against the red curb I cant get out. This happens A LOT!! I have been late for work so many times because of this. Towings not gunna help cause it will take them at least an hour to get here. The gym looks nice and new, but has a ton of free weights missing. You think indoor pool cool. Not... the pool is always cloudy and ugly. Beware your balcony the wood is sooo rough if you walk out with bare feet your gaurenteed a splinter. My neighbors play their music so lound my furniture vibrates and all their smoke both legal and not illegal fill my apartment. I cant leave the windows open in fear of what it will do to my 3yr olds lungs. Beacuse of the smoke I find myself turning on the AC in November and its 52 degrees out side. The carpet wasent replaced before I moved in so its completely unraveling and I can see the wood under the carpet. All the stains from a previous tenant have come up and it looks horrible. The only thing good I can say is that I like the spacious floor plan.

I thought it was great too. I just moved in my daughter, she goes to the university at La Sierra so it's not only convenient for her but safe for her to walk as well. I know that management changed and it's amazing how organized the office is. I'm planning on moving my son their soon too. And I would recommend to anyone and everyone, especially now that they renovated all their apartments and look very expensive and includes all the appliances.
