So the apartment itself is nice. The parking is absolutely ridiculous. They give you only 2 parking stickers. You get a covered spot for one car and the other has to find an "open" spot sometimes very very far away. They have "visitor" parking. Probably only one visitor parking spot for every 50 "open" (onnly for residents) parking spots. Oh!! And residents are allowed to park in the visitor parking spots leaving absolutely nothing for actual VISITORS! It is sooo stupid. The girls in the office are completely not helpful at all. The only girl that knew anything was Erin and unfortunately she no longer works/lives here probably because she realized this place was ridiculous. Soo in the end the apartment complex is not horrible but when it comes to parking it is the worst place for parking!

I think this place is wonderful. IF PEOPLE FOLLOW THE RULES! The girls do their best and they put up with so much nonsense it's ridiculous, just like this person is. But then again, this person probably has nothing better to do than to talk crap about everyone because Erin let her get away with everything and maybe that's why she's not here, did you ever think of that? What a complete idiot this person is. Tell her to ask Erin the real reason why she left. Anyway, this complex is fine and yes, the parking sucks but from what I hear they are trying to clear up alot of things.

Well Well Well! Dont you think that it is a little funny that the last two responses were made on the same day! That could only mean one thing........ MANAGMENT!!!!!!! TO funny! I personally love the community! I HATE the managment! Justine and Rene are GREAT! They will help you with anything! The others well...... NOT SO MUCH! Parking has been a problem every where i have lived..... If you cant deal with it then get a house!
