I personally have lived here since June of this year. I have lived at many other apartments and I think that this one ranks pretty high on my list of great places to live!!!...There are certain things that do bother me but there are like 700 apartments, so give them a break. First of all.. Parking is not bad!!...whoever says this is crazy because at most apartment complexes you cannot even have guests park inside. Here there are designated spots for guests, and even a parking lot! It is fairly quiet here, which is unusual since so many people live here. The apartments are really pretty inside with granite countertops in the kitchen. We just need more security guards at night!Do not listen to all the complaints...remember when people are happy they will never metion it on these sites...ALl the people who do complain are because they do not follow the policies and make mountains out of mohills!

well all i can say is i use to think the same thing when i first lived there, and beware cause 9 out of every10 people i know have a major problem with that place, so be prepared for the mold , water leaks and rapist . have fun ,,, also thats not real granite that is linoleum that looks like granite......also do a search for sex affenders in the area i believe there is about 60 that live in that complex alone .. and iam not trying to be mean but just have your guard up..

Whoever this Mackjen is has clearly been misinformed. People don't designate time out of their busy schedules to post anything online when they want to complain. People post blogs and/or online reviews when they desire to be heard and their concerns have continuously gone unaddressed. W/ that stated, it's become blatantly evident to me that people tend to see and believe whatever they see fit, if and/or when it's convenient to them. Case in point. If you develop a fallacy that everything is "ok", chances are that you'll eventually become oblivious to the world around you. I'm not on here to Dr. Phil anyone, however, if anything I'd just like to shed some light on the obvious. If there is more than one review.....NOT complaint - and they all state the SAME darn thing, wouldn't the intelligent thing to do, be to assume the antecedent and pressume that something out of the ordinary.... just might be going on???
