I lived at Pinnacle for 3 years. Enjoyed the first two, the economy took a hit, so did the complex. The gates were removed because they were too difficult to keep operating. The high turnover of the staff meant that no one knew how to properly program it, so removing the gates was the easier solution. This has allowed the crime to spike in the community. Cars are being broken into and the quality of residents has declined drastically. People are running day care services out of their apartment, kids playing in the hallways all the time, and nice loud parties on the weekend.
The water was turned off for a full day at least 8 times in the three years I lived there. It was always blamed on the City of Riverside having too much water pressure so water lines into the complex were rupturing.
The staff does what they can, but the office is often times busy with perspective renters. The complex is about 85% occupied with 714 total units, so there is a huge mix of personalities. And you can forget about parking if you are a guest - all open parking is assigned as most residents have two vehicles.

This is a HOTT mess, thanks for keeping it real! It's amazing how photos don't display a dayum thing. It's always best to speak to someone who actually resides on the property.
