This small community is very quiet and peacefull. You don't even realize you are next to the freeway most of the time. Neighbors are very friendly and everybody knows everybody. Nice landscaping. Very thick walls. I never hear my neighbors or any outside noise. Maintenance is quick. Management couldn't be more friendly. It is definitely like one big family with all the neighbors.
