I LOVED living there! The school bus stop was right at the end of my driveway. The street was one of those that the kids could play outside without having to worry about constant traffic or fast drivers. It is a quite neighborhood despite being off of a major street,and is close to Central Middle School, RCC and the school bus for Alcott Elementary School stops on the street. There is a patio, and the master bedroom features a walk in closet that also connects to the bathroom. The only problem with the parking is that once school starts at RCC the streets (Boxwood and Brooks) are completely taken over by kids trying to find FREE parking close to the school. Some will even try to park in your driveway.
