Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2001
Rent raised $50 every six months. No amenities here besides small pool and dirty laundryroom. Landlord permanently turned heat off in jacuzzi to cut heating costs.
No building upkeep, inside or out, never painted, staircases are dangerous. No maintenance tasks performed routinely. Apartment repairs are slow in coming and although the one maintence person is good, he is on a very limited budget to complete his tasks. Several tenants have experienced rodent problems.
