This place would be a great place to live if it was not for the lack of parking and if the driveways where not used as a playground. I have had many different occasions when I could not get in or out of my parking place. The Staff does not enforce the parking policies. people are allowed to park where ever they please. you also need to be careful when you drive through the complex you may encounter at any time 20 to 30 little kids running around unsupervised.

This is so true. I lived here for 3 years and just moved out in May of this year.

I agree that parking can be an issue here. Every tenant, though, has an assigned space that belongs to them. It's guest parking that can be a little troublesome. But there are never 20 to 30 kids running around! It's more like 5 - 8 children playing at after school and weekend times. The kids are old enough to play on their own and parents do go out once in a while to check on the kids. I know because I am one of them! And yes, you do need to drive cautiously through the complex when the kids are out playing. This complex is a great place for families and people who like kids.....I've lived here for 8 years and my son loved growing up here. It's more like a residential neighborhood than an apartment complex.
