Only because of the management. The manager is so rude if she doesn't know you. The girl in there on Saturdays is never there when I call. They never answer the phones and I just have a hard time getting my maintenance requests in. My neighbor hadn't paid rent in 5 months because management just does not pay attention.

I have been a resident here for many years and have never had any issues with management. The manager is always nice to me and the weekend girl is always in the office when I come by or call. If she's not there, then you will see her either out assisting another resident or she is showing units to future residents. If I have a maintenance issue, I just call the office and leave a message on their voice mail. It is taken care of within a couple of days. If it's an emergency, I have the weekend girl's cell phone number and call her right away. The manager (we have a new manager) lives on the property so if there are any issues, she makes herself available to the residents anytime they need her. I have never known any resident to be behind 5 months. That is wrong for The Apartment rating website to allow when there is no fact or truth to it. If a resident was ever that behind, they would have been evicted. I know the majority of residents here along with the owner of the property and everyone is just wonderful! The owner is here 3 times a week to check on everything and on everyone. If you have any problems with residents or management, you can always go straight to him and he will get it resolved. I have friends and family members who have moved here to The Presidential Townhomes and we are all very happy! I think you just had alot of bad luck living here.
