there were so many problems with this place. from the refrigerator breaking, often along with the dryer not working for half the time we lived there. then of course the break ins. both my room mate, myself, and a visiting friend had our cars broken into with about a 3 month time period. and management just said there was nothing they could do. and the pool and spa would come and go as to which one was heated and which one wasnt. lets not forget the man who killed his wife the first summer we lived there. that was crazy. then it comes down to everyone being kicked out since the apartments were sold and planned to become condos. i hope they dont have all the problems there were with the building as an apartment.
