Warning you WILL NOT get your deposit back!

I give all properties from this management group a complete F, no one has been helpful in getting my proper deposit amount back. You are not giving this company a deposit, you are giving them your money for them to keep because it is their goal!

As of right now we are owed 215 dollars of the 500 deposit because they only gave us 170. This management company is ------ at best and they don't even want to return phone calls about deposit money either!


I lived in Cape Cod, same mgmt group and ------who the supervisor for -------who manages Cape Cod. I was robbed of most of my deposit. Even though I cleaned the carpet, and totally cleaned the apartment. I even got paint from the office to touch up little nail holes etc from hanging pictures. Including covering up graffitti that was coming through from the layers of paint BEFORE ME!!The apartment was cleaned better than when I moved in! I was asked to move prior to my 30 day notice date and did, but was still charged the extra days rent. I WAS NOT EVICTED, we moved because of the conditions. Beware of your vehicles here, gas was stolen from one of ours on a regular basis and someone putting POOPY diaper and smashed it on the windshield of another

of our cars. NASTY

And then over half of our deposit was stolen from us. If you move in here, plan on your deposit being a freebee for them.

Other problems, lack of water pressure. Water being turned off constantly over a 6 month period for repair that never seemed to work anyway. VERY OFTEN no hot water! A/C wall units will not cool the bedroom of the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, and on hot days not even the living room is cool. We had the A/C on full and it was so hot that a candle melted that was not lit! Laundry room closed often because of water problems and repair or lack there of.

We were good tenants, always paid on time, quiet, and never had to be given ANY type of warning, she really didn't want us to move. It is a place to stay when you can't find anything else or need to rebuild. But if you can, I would highly recommend looking around. We found much nicer apartments in the for only 125 more per month. And if you aren't running up 250 light bill a month with an A/C unit that doesn't work anyway, then you are saving more than you are spending. The complex is loud. People running by your windows at all time of the night with no respect for the people who actually work for a living.

And do not plan on getting your deposit back! DO NOT BOTHER CLEANING IF YOU MOVE OUT!!!!!! I was told the cleaning fee is 65 dollars no matter if you leave it clean or dirty! That was AFTER being told I would get all my deposit back if it was clean.

Will update again if any more of my deposit is returned. I am fighting this as far as we have to, we were good tenants, left the apartment clean, didn't complain, and in return we get cheated!

-------seems helpful, always blaming controversy on "-----" well, I got "-----s" HOME phone number and found out that -------is the one who did this.

If -------tells you ANYTHING!! Get it in writing. She will lie about it later. She is lieing to keep more of our deposit. We won't allow this and will fight it as hard as we need to. Good tenants should not be punished by getting their deposit money stolen when they move out!

Knowing what I know now, I would highly recommend that you move out in the middle of a month and use your deposit for that last months rent because there is no other way you are going to get it back. And be ready to fight for your money. Really really sad!
