We've lived here for 3 years and we've watched the complex go downhill. The hot water goes out at least once a month and security is a sham. We've had cars broken into and things stolen from our cars. There are people who've had apartment break ins. Being right next to target is a plus sometimes, but when people jump the wall and security does nothing about it..and the gates break on a monthly basis. For a while, it seemed as if the gates never worked. This is not the place to live if you want to make sure your stuff stays in one place.
