I have lived here a year now. Now that Connie has taken over the apartment complex has become somewhere I no longer wanna call home. It has become no pets allowed. When I moved here, I moved here mainly so that I could keep my dog. I was forced to give him to a friend so that I could have a place to live. We are not allowed anything on the terraces, we can not place up sunshades or have plants on the terraces. Parking is a mess. Now we are forced (or our cars will be towed) to give her a copy of the registration of the cars in order to get a parking permit. When I walk into the office to pay my rent she tells me that I am late and it was due on the 1st. (Rent is due by the 5th of the month. Late on the 6th.) She is claming that it is late by the 3rd, 50$ a day after the close of buisness on the 3rd. I have spoken to the landlord about the lights in the bathroom area, Been about 2 months still not fixed. When going to speak to her, she is rarely in the office to talk to her. Good luck trying to get sympathy out of her. when i first moved in... i mentioned we had roaches... she asked How many have i seen' The point is i seen one... if there is ONE there is a million. how many' should not matter. kids are not allowed to play outside. small pool where older kids will jump over your head while swimming with a small child. no chairs near the pool. they cut the lawns every three days making it impossible for it to be lush and green. it is patchy and dry instead. they shut the water of often in the hotter summer days.Im sorry I also forgot to mention, in our bathroom... we had to unplug the fan and cover the hole up because we had termites coming out of it. When I told the landlord, she offered to BOMB the apartments with RAID. If they would done that, we would not be able to come home for 8 hours, and we all know RAID only works on surface bugs, not the ones living in the walls. we constantly are dealing with peoples loud music and screaming children. Were not allowed pets but some people have them! People come thru here and break the lights, we have had our cars colored on with crayons. A sign was posted shortly after I went to the landlord with the complaint about the crayon coloring... Sign states *owner and landlord is not responsible for damage to vehicles while parked in parking areas*. Another way out of being responsible for the complex and its tenates.
