After looking for apartments in other areas after finishing college, I can say Spruce Village II is a pretty decent place to live. The rooms are ok sized, each apartment comes with own W/D and big balconey and although the parking really sucks and is kinda far away, the living is pretty easy going.
Noise level is decent, although since I live downstairs I can almost hear everything going on upstairs it's bearable and nothing can be done about noise in an apartment complex full of college students.
Although I do hope management decides to increase security because I know numerous people who got their car broken into. The railroad tracks are pretty close to the apartment and are pretty loud but it's only for a few minutes.
Spruce should defintely install gates or something because I see weirdos walking around all the time.
Overall the apartment is decent and feels like a nice place to live at.
